Is there a PROVEN way to win at Roulette?

What are the most common #'s that come up on the wheel. And is there a system that will get you a win almost every time?
I would say your best odds are to stay away from picking numbers and instead play the even money bets...odd/even, black/red.
It's not as exciting of a win, but the odds are least close to a coin toss. Try using a mini-martingale doubling

You need a fair bit of money to start with. You start by betting, say, $10 on black or red. If it doesn't come up, you bet $20 on the same colour. Since there is a 50/50 chance of either colour coming up, it shouldnt take too many goes to win. You
My friend I lve in Vegas and this is very dangerous. Actually it's called the Martingale system. One time I'm aware of red came up 26 times. Please beware.

and strategically, can I just bet $50 and $50 on two columns once or twice and if I win both bets, should I leave the table and bet on the other Roulette table?

What difference does it make if you use that same losing strategy on a different table? If you win, why not just do the same bet where you are? The wheel does not 'remember' what number was just spun!

CARSON CITY – Nevada’s casino winnings took a tumble in March after two strong months in 2012, dropping 10.9 percent compared to March 2011, the Nevada Gaming Control Board reported today.
The decline was led by Clark County markets, including the Las Vegas Strip, which was down 14.9 percent over March 2011.
Casinos statewide brought in $854.6 million from gamblers in March, just over $100 million less than in March a year ago.
