This is known as the "Small Martingale" system, and it's one of the oldest systems in gambling. It does NOT work, nor does ANY other betting strategy. If it DID work, every person who tried it would be immediately booted out of the casino.

Well guys, you are correct but my friend told me it is always better to have some kind of system when you go playing roulette.
Some roulette systems are better some worse but neither have 100% winning streak.
There were and there are some

the system you are talking about does not work. What ends up happening is that you will lose around 10x in a row or more and have no funds left or you wont be able to double up again because of the max limits. I tried it once and even waited for a streak

Last week, he mournfully disclosed that the bank had lost two billion smackers when a supposed hedge transaction involving derivatives and stocks went sour.

Residents in the city of Niles are paying some of the lowest utility rates and service fees among a sampling of local communities examined in a recent analysis by the Tribune Chronicle.

That may be, according to city leaders, largely due to the control Niles has taken over the years in operating its own water, sewer and electric plants.

"We have been able to keep our costs low in areas like electric, water and sewer because we have our own utilities and we work hard to keep expenses low," Niles Mayor Ralph Infante said.
