i dont undertand how the betting works. say for example i have $10 and i place it on black. the dealer spins and the the ball lands on a black space. how much would i win? and say i place $10 on red 12 and the ball landed there how much would i then win?
Here is a link to the rules of this game, along with the payouts for each bet that you can make: http://www.theonlinecasinogamblingdirect ory.com/rules/roulette.htm
It is not true that there is a 50% chance that the ball will land on red

thanks.
European has one 0. American has 0 and 00. The house edge is lower in European so I would go with it.

Finding Odds in Roulette. A roulette wheel has 38 slots. One slot is 0, another is 00,and the others are numbered 1 through 36, respectively. You are placing a bet that the outcome is an odd number.
What is your probability of winning
In both roulette games either it is single zero(0) roulette or whether it is double zero(00) roulette you would have a probability of winning in betting on odd number is 18 out of 38.
