    It may go by another name in the US, but Tyrolean Roulette is a tabletop game in which you knock balls into holes with a spinning top. Each hole has a point total. My grandmother had a really nice wooden set and I can't figure out where to get one.

    There's this roulette game, commonly played in Vegas, where you can bet, but you have to win two games in a row in order to win money, but the you have to lose two games in a row in order to lose money, what's it called?

    There's a rule called the "En Prison" rule in roulette that is pretty much only offered in Europe. It's not exactly as you describe, but it sounds like what you may be trying to describe.
