The town of Budva, Montenegro, is a resort having access to the Adriatic Sea but for some time, Budva excels not only in its sights. This week, from May 9 to 12, the Splendid Budva Casino Royale receives the King of Poker, which brought together 371 players during the first two days of entry of the € 550 buy-in Main Event. The Day 1A which brought together 126 participants only 30 players qualified for Day 2. As for Day 1B, it was extremely popular with 245 participants with 70 survivors on Day 2. Marco Chen dominated the day 1A with a chip count of 344,500 while Fabio Coppola took the chip lead from Day 1B with a stack of 287,300. At the end of the first two days, 102 players were qualified for the Day 2 of this poker tournament to be held in the afternoon of Friday on levels of 60 minutes. The final table is scheduled for Saturday afternoon at around 1:00 pm local time. Among the survivors of Day 1, we find Marco Tchen at the head with 344,500 chips followed by Aleksandar Knezevic (310,700), Fabio Papero (296,500), Fabio Coppola (287,300), Umberto Cianfanelli (240,500), Natale Albanese (237,800), Federico Incandela (219,000) leading the chip count. The former F1 champion Giancarlo Fisichella, Claudio Castrogiovanni, Saman Ziarati and Giorgia Tabet are also among the survivors of Day 1. Some players like Simone Ferretti, Andrew Dato, Flavio Ferrari, Andrea Benelli, Filippo Candio, Jackson Genovese, Filippo Bisciglia, Nicola D'Alessio or Simone Folini were less fortunate.
