    My father wants to start a bingo hall. He is already set up as a non profit organization. But, I can't find any additional information on the net, except with churches. We're in Cleveland, Ohio. If any one has info, or can point me in the right direction,

    you get a bingo machine and board to display the numbers. How hard can it really be?
