    Doug and Delores Dibble have been married for 44 years and have lived in Armona their entire married life. They raised six children: John, Judi, Tracy, Susan, Danny and Dean — all of whom attended school in Armona.

    Doug was a member of the Armona Volunteer Firemen’s Association. He also served in the U.S. Army for two years. He worked at Frank’s Market after discharge from the service, and then went to work at Diamond Lumber until it closed. Then he went back to work at Frank’s Market until he retired in June 2007.
