You can walk onto the floor of any Casino and start playing slots etc. But if they suspect your under age they will ask for ID, and you must provide a valid state issued ID or they will ask you to leave. When you say permit, is that a state issued drivers

To play? ......Nope. Where do you leave? in the US? Which casino?......It's 21....almost everywhere.
But if you leave in Europe....Maybe your drive license(permit) can be us for ID.

    Take care

No. Minors (people under 18) are not allowed to loiter in the casinos. Security will ask you to leave if you even stop for a few seconds. You are allowed to walk though it, but you can't stop, even to talk to your parents.

You can go with them to the hotel, but not into the casino. I doubt you'd have too much fun waiting for your parents to finish gambling. Some people spend HOURS in there.

There's only one reason you're looking for such a large spread.

If you continue trying to "beat" roulette with anything resembling the Martingale System, you WILL lose HUGE one of these days.

    If you haven't lost

**Early** surrender is still avaulable at some casinos in france and africa, being that this rule can completely negate almost any exhisting house edge, id have to suggest that the game is somewhere in one of those countries.

Buffet was in Jackson on Thursday when the Mississippi Gaming Commission deemed him "suitable" for involvement in the casino, set to open Tuesday in Biloxi. Gaming Commission Chairman Jerry St. Pe told Buffett he'd already been approved, but showing up in person was required as part of the certification process.

Referendums should be held on any casino expansion, New Democrats say

    20.05.12

    No vote, no fair.

That’s the message from New Democrats outraged that there won’t be any mandatory local referendums before Ontario’s new casinos are built.

In the wake of the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corp.’s expansion into 29 potential “gaming zones” across the province, NDP MPP Michael Prue is concerned cities will be forced into hosting gambling houses.

“The government seems determined to plow ahead with casinos whether people want them in their community or not,” Prue told reporters at Queen’s Park on Friday.
